A Few Concerts and Interviews from the Late, Great Lou Reed

LouReed

It is a sad, sad day for music. Lou Reed, one of the most influential men in the recent history of music has passed at the age of 71. If Reed, as leader of the Velvet Underground or as a solo artist, didn't influence the bands you listen to, he likely influenced the bands that inspired them. In the coming days there will be reams of eulogies from around the world and I don't feel comfortable trying to write about the life of someone I didn't know personally. What I can do though is provide a few glimpses of Reed doing what he did best.
